NEWS - AFA Launch Member Login
The Australian Flyball Association is ready to launch the Member Login to financial members & affiliated clubs/teams co-ordinators.
You can expect to receive an email advising you of your username & password commencing on Wednesday 25th June, 2008. You can access the Member Login on the AFA website www.flyball.org.au on the menu option on the left hand side, select the last option. It is scheduled to distribute 50 individual emails at a time, so we don't chock up the server. If you have not received an email by the end of the week, please email the webmaster with your name & membership number.
Username: [ 3 or 4 digit membership number 569. Note this is not your dogs CRN 569A ]
Password: Randomly selected password
As a member you can only view:

Your dogs Title Points by competition
-
Your dogs current Title achieved
-
View & change your personal details online such as address, email & contact numbers which will be automatically updated to the database.
Access to the title points by competition will provide greater transparency and an opportunity to raise queries about your title points. First queries should be directed to the competition host club or your AFA Regional Representative. We are anticipating extra queries about the title points through the member login. It will take some time to research your queries which will be presented to the main committee for approval.
If you are identified as the Club/Team Co-ordinator on the Club/Team Affiliation form, then you will have access to view all your dogs title points details belonging to your club/team. At this stage we only have the facility of one club co-ordinator per Club Affiliated.
Club/Team Coordinator can view:

All dogs Title Points within their club/team.

All dogs Title achieved within thier club/team.

Access to view details of Title Points by competition

A list of financial members for their own club.
It DOES NOT contain other members personal contact information.

We have approximately 50 invalid email addresses in the database, so if you don't receive an email by the end of this week, please contact the Webmaster.
If you don't have access to the Internet, then ask your club/team co-ordinator to communicate your own dog Title Points (to you).
This service is available to full financial members (not associate members) & affiliated clubs /teams co-ordinators and is one of many projects which the AFA Committee is implementing to develop flyball in Australia.
