Nomination and Selection Criteria

1. The Committee will call for Nominations for this Award in May of each year. Nominations must be submitted by a minimum of 3 AFA financial members to their Regional Representative by no later than the 30th June using the AFA Forn C. All nominations received will be submitted to the July Committee Meeting for consideration. The Committee MAY appoint from its members a Selection Panel to shortlist nominations if this is considered necessary. The Panel will make shortlisted recommendations to the August Committee Meeting for final consideration.

2. A Maximum of 3 awards will be made in one financial year. 

3. The Award is designed to acknowledge outstanding contribution and service by an AFA Member throughout the year to the sport of flyball. Members of the Committee will not be eligible for this Award.

4. The Award /s will be announced by the President at the AFA’s AGM each year. An honour listing of selected Award recipients will be maintained on the AFA Web site.
